Ticket PricesTicket Price Advance Tickets available via our online box office £8.50pp plus Booking Fee and Stamp cost Children 2 and Under are Free Wristbands will be sent to your home 2 weeks before the event so please make sure your address is correct. On the Day Tickets £10pp Cash Only on the Gate Children 2 and under are Free As a charity we have a specific refund policy which is set out below . Advance tickets are non refundable in any event. If the Event is cancelled by us due to poor weather or other reason , you will be able to claim a refund of your tickets minus a 35% admin fee , stamp cost and booking fee. This must be claimed via festivalofheroes1@gmail.com within 14 days of the event date any claims after this time will not be processed.

Are Dogs PermittedDogs are allowed into the event but must be well behaved , kept on a short lead and picked up after. If this is not done then you may be asked to leave.

Can I get a refundTickets are non refundable once purchased , they are also non transferable as a wristband will be sent to your home a couple of weeks before the event and no entry will be permitted without this. can I buy tickets on the dayYes you can buy tickets on the gate on the day, however we do have a number capacity on the event so if this is reached we would not be able to allow entry.

Is the event wheelchair accessibleThe event is accessible with a wheelchair , scooter or buggy however we are in a field so there will be lumps and bumps in the ground so you enter at your own risk, if we have had some wet weather the ground could be soft or muddy but we will update on our FB page if this happens. There will be 2 temporary disabled toilets in the event field for public use. There will be a disabled entrance into the event from the disabled parking. If you have any further questions please get in touch and we will do our best to help you.

Is there Parking ?Parking is free and we have plenty available. please be courteous to the parking attendants, upon arrival they will guide you to a space , if you need disabled parking then please let them know on your way in and they will park you in the disabled car park . We can get very busy so please do allow some time for travelling to the event and to park ,we will do all we can to get you in as quickly as possible.

Do you take Cash or CardPlease note our gate is cash only, a lot of our vendors will accept card but sideshows and some stalls will not so please make sure you bring enough cash with you to cover the day. There is no cash machine onsite.

Can I Use my ticket for both daysNo . Each day has its own colour wristband you must use your band for the day it has been purchased for and this is non transferable.

Baby Changing FacilitiesBaby Changing and feeding area will be available in the Toddler tent.

Can I bring a picnicYes You can bring in a picnic to the event however we do have some lovely food traders who will be serving all sorts of lovely hot and cold food as well.
